Lunarhaven is built on kindness. We have zero tolerance for:

• Harassment: Bullying, stalking, or targeted attacks against other citizens.
• Hate Speech: Content that promotes violence or hatred based on race, religion, gender, orientation, or disability.
• Trolling: Deliberate attempts to disrupt the peace of the haven or provoke others.

To keep the haven accessible to citizens 13 and up, we restrict certain content:

• Nudity & Sexual Content: Explicit imagery, highly suggestive content, or pornography is strictly forbidden.
• Violence & Gore: Do not post realistic violence, self-harm, or content intended to shock or disgust.
• Illegal Acts: Do not promote illegal activities, including the sale of regulated goods or dangerous substances.

We embrace the future, but we also value honesty. If you share content generated or heavily modified by AI, you must use the "AI Generated" label in the composer. Intentional deception regarding the origin of your content may result in removal.

Keep the light authentic. Do not engage in:

• Bot Activity: Using automated scripts to post, like, or follow at scale.
• Impersonation: Claiming to be a person, brand, or organization you are not.
• Phishing: Sharing links intended to steal data or compromise other citizens' security.

The stars are vast, but personal space is small. Never share another person's private information (home address, phone number, private email) without their explicit consent. This is a "one-strike" offense.

Our team and automated systems review reports daily. Actions we may take include:

• Content removal or limited visibility.
• Temporary account suspension (a "cooling off" period).
• Permanent account termination for severe or repeated violations.

Lunarhaven is an independent social platform. We are a small, focused team dedicated to building a cozy space for connection without commercial intrusion.

Information you give us:

• Your email address (used only for secure authentication).
• Your chosen display name and handle.
• Optional profile data like bios, avatars, and banner images.

Content you create:

• Posts, comments, and interactions (likes/follows).
• Media files and metadata you choose to upload.
• Attached audio tracks and preferences.

We collect basic technical data (IP addresses, device types) solely for account security, abuse prevention, and ensuring the platform remains reliable.

Authentication: We use passwordless technology. Access is granted via unique codes sent to your verified email. We never store passwords, meaning your account is as secure as your email inbox.

To keep Lunarhaven welcoming, we use automated safety systems to screen for harmful content. This is done to protect the community, not to monitor personal expression. Flagged content is held for human review.

We work with a limited number of specialized partners to keep the lights on. They are contractually forbidden from using your data for their own purposes:

• Infrastructure: For database hosting and content storage.
• Security: For network protection and content delivery.
• Media: For music search capabilities and song previews.

You have total control. You can request a copy of your data, update it, or choose to permanently delete your account at any time. Deletion at Lunarhaven is absolute — we wipe your data from our active systems completely.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Because Lunarhaven uses passwordless authentication via email, your account is only as secure as your email login. Do not share your login access with others.

We reserve the right to remove or disable accounts that compromise the security or integrity of the platform.

By using Lunarhaven, you agree to follow our Community Guidelines. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, hate speech, or illegal activity. Violating these standards may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account.

You retain full ownership of everything you post. We do not claim ownership of your thoughts, images, or music.

However, to make the platform work (so we can show your posts to your followers), you grant Lunarhaven a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute your content within the service. This license ends immediately when you delete your content or your account.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you share here.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Repeated or severe violations will result in account termination. Lunarhaven is not liable for any content posted by its users.

Lunarhaven may contain links to external websites or services posted by users. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party sites, their privacy policies, or their practices. You access these links at your own risk.

We love hearing your ideas! If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant us the right to use those ideas to improve the platform without any obligation or compensation to you. Please do not submit feedback you consider confidential.

Lunarhaven is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lunarhaven and its team shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold Lunarhaven harmless from any claims or demands arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

The stars are always shifting, and our terms may too. We will update the date at the top of this card when changes occur. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
